My Awakening

My very first awakening experience happened at the age of fifteen, when I realized that I had become the product of my childhood trauma.

Growing up with a narcissistic, dysfunctional, and manipulative father after my parents divorced when I was three years old deeply shaped how I viewed love, safety, and myself. For years, I learned to survive by becoming who I thought I needed to be — not who I truly was.

At fifteen, that awareness hit me like lightning. It cracked me open and awakened a truth I could no longer ignore — that I had a choice. I could continue repeating the patterns I came from, or I could break them.

That moment became my turning point. I chose to break the cycle — to heal, to reclaim my power, and to create an entirely new life for myself and my future children.

I became devoted to being my true self and creating the life I knew in my heart I always deserved.

What began as survival became my soul’s awakening — and ultimately, my purpose: to help others remember their power, reclaim their truth, and align their lives with who they came here to be.

The SoulCycle Years

As I was moving through my awakening, I took my very first SoulCycle class in Brentwood, Los Angeles — and to say it changed my life is an understatement.

That dark room, the music, the sweat, the energy — it became my sacred space for healing and empowerment. It was the first place I ever felt safe to feel it all, to release, and to reconnect with my own power.

At 18, I began my professional career with SoulCycle, where I spent years teaching across the country as a Legendary Instructor.

Those candlelit rooms became my sanctuary. Through music, movement, and community, I guided thousands of riders not just through physical transformation, but through emotional and spiritual liberation.

It was in those moments — seeing people cry, heal, and come alive again — that I understood the depth of the mind-body connection. I learned that movement is medicine, and that the body is a bridge back to the soul.

Through movement, meditation, and breathwork, I began transforming my own life from the inside out — and realized that what I was here to do went far beyond the bike.

The Path of Healing & Alignment

My years in the health and fitness industry ignited a deeper calling within me — to help people not just move their bodies, but heal their lives.

That chapter taught me that true wellness isn’t just physical — it’s energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

I immersed myself in inner work and spiritual study, becoming a:

Reiki Master

I began weaving these modalities into my teachings and discovered how profoundly they supported holistic alignment — healing and manifesting from the inside out.

The Birth of Project Align

During my career at SoulCycle, I felt called to go deeper.

I founded Project Align to help women reconnect to their souls, heal at the root, and create lives that are fully aligned with who they truly are.

What began as a movement-based somatic healing practice evolved into a global life coaching and mentorship brand, offering private mentorship, retreats, online programs, and breathwork healing experiences that have supported women all over the world.

Through this work, I’ve guided hundreds of women to release old identities, heal emotional wounds, understand themselves and their lives on a deeper level, and embody the woman they came here to be.

The Work I Do Today

My work is devoted to helping women return to their truth — to reconnect with their soul, heal the parts of themselves they once abandoned, and create lives, relationships, and businesses that feel aligned, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

Today, I mentor soul-led women — coaches, healers, and leaders — to awaken deeper levels of self-trust, embodiment, and freedom, building legacies anchored in authenticity, abundance, and purpose.

Together, we rise into new realms of power, prosperity, and divine leadership — embodying wealth, luxury, and soul alignment, and creating from magnetism, wholeness, and truth.

Because when you live in alignment with who you truly are, everything you desire flows effortlessly from that space.
