I guide women into a braver, truer relationship with themselves — where clarity, self-trust, and embodied decision-making become the foundation of how they move through life.

My work doesn’t come from theory or certifications alone.
It comes from lived experience — from learning how to listen to the wisdom of my soul, honor my truth, and choose alignment over familiar patterns.

What I’ve learned — and what I now support other women in — is that healing isn’t about staying in the process forever.

It’s about coming home to the truest version of yourself — and creating a life that actually reflects the woman you are here to become.

My approach✨

I work at the intersection of embodiment, nervous system safety, and conscious self-leadership.

Inside my work, we focus on the whole human —
releasing conditioned identities and inherited patterns,
rebuilding trust with your body, intuition, and inner truth,
and moving from clarity into aligned action — without force or self-betrayal.

This is not about bypassing hard things. And it’s not about endlessly revisiting the past.

It’s about learning how to be with yourself in a way that cultivates deep understanding, reverence, intimacy, unconditional self-regard, and forward movement.

  • '“I have so much to say about the Iconic Imprint Mentorship container with Charlie! I have always wanted to start my own business but it always felt like an uphill battle. I didn't know where to start.
